EUFIC is a non-profit organisation based in Brussels that makes science-based information about food and health accessible and engaging for the public. With over 25 years of experience in science communication, EUFIC bridges the gap between scientific evidence and everyday life, helping people make healthier and more sustainable choices.

They work at the intersection of nutrition, food safety, sustainability, and consumer behaviour—translating complex research into plain language, visuals, videos, and tools. EUFIC also champions transparency and public trust by working closely with researchers, policymakers, health professionals, and the media.

As the coordinator of Infoodmation, EUFIC leads the consortium in shaping evidence-based food communication strategies and ensures that all project results are meaningful, accessible, and impactful for society.
